For 10 days, from June 7 to 17, 12 composers from Madagascar, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, and Chad will gather in our studios for a film scoring residency, supported by Creation Africa with the help of the Institut français, as part of the Africa Creative Sounds program.
Alongside them will be 11 speakers and supervisors from Stockholm, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, and Dakar. An international lineup, in the Antananarivo studios.
The program includes: composing for films from the Cinémathèque Afrique catalog, masterclasses, practical workshops, and a final public presentation. All taking place in our Dolby Atmos studio, the first of its kind in Madagascar.
