With the support of the Indian Ocean Commission, ONY will launch a new training program in 2026, 100% dedicated to women, and specifically focused on learning technical skills related to sound and image professions in cinema and audiovisual.
The training is structured around 5 modules:
1) Introduction to cinema and audiovisual professions;
2) Image techniques;
3) Sound techniques;
4) Editing and post-production;
5) Production and project management.
In each module, the training will offer theoretical contextualization and practical exercises, both individual and group. Participants will work on short collective video projects, which will be screened during a closing event at the end of the training.
The training is entirely free, and ONY will provide all necessary equipment.
A professional practical internship will be mandatory for
each participant at the end of the training.
When? every Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, from late May 2026 to November 2026, followed by a 4-week company internship
Who? open to 10 participants
Where? training will take place at ONY House, in Antananarivo, Ambatobe district

Selection criteria?
This training is reserved for women. We do not require prior experience in audiovisual, and no diploma is necessary. Participants will be selected based on their motivation to participate in the training, their availability throughout the training, the clarity of their professional objectives, and their consistency with the training content.
